Lemon Rose Bellini

    Lemon Sorbet

    Vodka – citrus
  • 4
    oz
    Champagne
  • 2-3
    Raspberries

In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, sorbet and vodka if using. Shake vigorously. Add Champagne or ros�; stir gently. Strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with raspberries.
