Apricot Collins

    Apricot Brandy
  • 1.5
    oz
    Gin
  • 2
    tsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 4
    oz
    Club Soda

Pour all ingredients except Soda into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Add Soda, stir, garnish with a Lemon Wedge, and serve.
