Apricot Cooler

    Powdered Sugar

    Club Soda
  • 2
    oz
    Apricot Brandy

in collins glass, dissolve powdered sugar and club soda. Stir and fill glass with cracked ice and add brandy. Add club soda or ginger ale and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.
