Celery Wine

    Celery Salt
  • 3
    Lbs.
    Sugar
  • 2
    Cakes
    Yeast
  • Lemon

Boil the celery in a gallon of water for at least 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool; combine with the sugar, lemon slices and the yeast and store in a warm place for several days. Re-strain; seal in a crock pot and allow to ferment for several weeks. Store in bottles for future use.
