Pour the sugar into a saucer wider than a Cocktail. Rub a Maraschino Cherry around the rim of the glass. Save the cherry for a garnish. Dip the glass into the sugar and coat the rim with the sugar. Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all re
