Diamond Fizz

  • Juice
    of 1/2
    Lemon

    tsp Powdered
    Sugar
  • Chilled
    Champagne

Shake gin, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir, and serve.
