Martini (extra Dry) (8-to-1)

    oz Dry
    Vermouth
  • 2
    oz
    Gin
  • Twist
    of peel of
    Lemon

Stir vermouth and gin with ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel. (An olive may be substituted for the twist of lemon peel, if preferred.)
