Monastery Coffee

    Black Coffee
  • 1/2
    tsp
    Granulated Sugar
  • 2
    oz
    Benedictine
  • 2
    oz
    Heavy Cream

Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the Benedictine and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
