    oz Apricot
    Brandy

    Pineapple Juice
  • 1
    oz
    Cream
  • 1
    oz Crushed
    Pineapple

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
