Spencer Cocktail

    oz Apricot
    Brandy
  • 1
    1/2 oz
    Gin
  • 1/4
    tsp
    Orange Juice
  • 1
    dash
    Bitters
  • Twist
    of peel of
    Orange
  • 1
    Cherry

Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.
