Spiced Chocolate

Build ingredients except heavy cream, shake and strain into a
chilled martini glass. Shake heavy cream and layer the top of the
cocktail with the fresh whipped cream.
Garnish with a dollop of crushed red peppers in the martini.

Note : Use a Dark Chocolate Liqueur
